2.5 pounds frozen chicken tenders
6 slices of Swiss cheese
6 slices of ham
Paprika (I use smoked and on the kids none)
Thaw and tenderize chicken. Cut ham and cheese in half. Place one of each on a tender. Roll up and insert toothpick to hold it together.
Bake at 400 for 20 min.
Package sliced Bella mushrooms
1 garlic clove
Oil of choice
Mince garlic and Sautée in oil over medium heat then add mushrooms and cook until tender.
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2Tbs. Spicy or mustard of choice
1/4 cup milk (I use skim)
2Tbs cider vinegar
Place cider in milk and let sit for 5 min. Mix mustard and yogurt together them mix milk mixture. It will be curdled don’t let that alarm you. Mix together and place on top of chicken. Continue to cook until sauce is warmed.
On a plate place mushrooms then chicken with sauce and serve.
